Delete Your Account
Athletic Technologies Inc. (Athletech™) — Baseball AI™ and Softball AI™
You can request deletion of your Athletech account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page applies to Baseball AI and Softball AI on Android and iOS, and to related Athletech web services.
How to delete your account
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Baseball AI or Softball AI and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Account Information (labeled Account on some screens).
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Delete Account is inside Account Information — not on the main Settings screen. This path is the same for player, parent, and coach accounts on Android and iOS.
Option 2 — Request by email (no app required)
If you no longer have the app installed, or prefer not to sign in, email us to request deletion:
Include all of the following so we can verify the request:
- The email address on your Athletech account
- Which app you used (Baseball AI and/or Softball AI)
- The subject line: Account deletion request
We will confirm when deletion is complete. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to use this option.
What we delete
When your account is deleted, we delete personal information and uploaded content associated with that account, including:
- Profile and account details (name, email, and related fields)
- Uploaded swing videos and related analysis content
- App usage data tied to your account
What we may retain
We may retain limited information when required by law (for example, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute records), or when needed to complete a pending transaction. Any such retention is described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Athletech account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel active subscriptions in your store account settings if you no longer want to be charged.
